Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As an Assistant Store Manager at Mr Price Cellular, expect to support the Store Manager in day-to-day shop operations. Your main focus will be driving the store’s targets, managing product stock and maintaining customer service standards.

Tracking in-store product performance to provide actionable feedback is essential. You’ll also authorise write-offs and manage out-of-box failures, cellular repairs, and product returns as needed.

Additionally, managers are involved in compliance checks, store audits, and implementing customer experience processes including promotions and markdowns.
