Core Responsibilities and Daily Activities
Primary duties include managing key accounts, processing monthly tenant billing using bespoke software, and maintaining up-to-date client and tenant data.

Much of the role involves collections and debtor control, as well as assisting in resolving billing disputes with municipal authorities where necessary.
General office management and occasional secretarial tasks are part of the daily workflow, but these are limited in scope.
